SUPER IGNITE is a competent compendium for all the
efficient and eminent mechanical budding engineers. It provides a platform to
all the Mechanical Students for Designing & Fabricating various Automobiles
in GURU NANAK INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.
TEAM SUPER IGNITE
was established in the year 2015-16 academic years. Every year new students emerge as a team and
take part in various design challenges organized by different organizations all
over the world. TEAM SUPER IGNITE ensures each and every student thoughts and to
improve the Technical knowledge of automobile.

QUAD BIKE DESIGN
CHALLENGE (SEASON-1):
TEAM SUPER IGNITE
participated in Quad Bike Design Challenge in the year 2016, which is organized
by FMAE (Fraternity Of Mechanical and
Automotive Engineers).The main aim of this event is to nurture technical and
managerial skills in each and every students
Team
Super Ignite had proved itself in QBDC by securing 5th position
among 175 teams participated in competition all over the country. All the
students in the team only believe in hard work and through this strong determination
and hard work, team had succeeded in all the levels of competition such as
Technical inspection, Brake and acceleration test, hill climb, suspension test,
endurance, design report and business plan.
It
had put all its strength and knowledge to bring its outcome the most perfect
one they could and they stood 5th position in the competition.
GO-KART
DESIGN CHALLENGE (SEASON-4):
TEAM
SUPER IGNITE participated in GO-KART DESIGN CHALLENGE, which is
organised by ISNEE (Indian society of new era engineers). This is a collegiate
competition of designing, fabrication and simulation of a GO-KART.
This challenge includes verification
rounds like pre-final and final rounds.
· Pre-final
round includes verification of CAD models, with the respective reports of
business plan.
· Final
round includes TI (Technical inspection), Brake Test and Acceleration Test,
Skid-pad, Auto-cross, Endurance and fuel economy test.
In the month of January 2017, ISNEE has organized the GKDC competition
at Coimbatore. In this competition
TEAM SUPER IGNITE won championship among
169 teams with 1lakh prize money.
